Country Club of Leawood

Some things don't need explaining.

You either get it or you don't. And if you're reading this, someone thought you might belong here.

The story

It started the way most good ideas do — somewhere between a joke and a dare. A group of friends, a shared sense of humour, and the kind of trust that only comes from years of knowing exactly who someone is.

$CROC isn't trying to be the next big thing. It isn't competing for attention on crypto Twitter, and there's no roadmap promising the moon. It's worthless on purpose. What it does is make a Tuesday nassau matter slightly more than it otherwise would.

The Country Club of Leawood is a state of mind. CCL. If those letters mean something to you, welcome home.

What this is

croccoin.app is the clubhouse and the scorer's table. You make a bet, you play the round, and both of you sign for the result — the same way you'd settle it in the car park, except nobody has to remember it on Thursday.

The bet
Match play, stroke play, nassau, skins, junk. Handicaps come from GHIN, strokes get dotted on the right holes, and the terms are fixed before anyone tees off.
The round
Enter scores one hole at a time on your phone. One signature at the start buys the whole card — you sign for the round, not for every stroke. It keeps working with no signal and posts what it owes when you find a bar.
The settlement
Both players sign the result. Only then does any CROC move, and it moves on-chain where neither of you can quietly forget it. Rained out on the 11th? Whatever the lead already decided still pays; the rest is no action.
The record
Every bet, every signature, every transfer — kept. The leaderboard is just the consequence.

It installs to your home screen like a real app. Twenty seconds, no wallet needed.

How to get $CROC

You don't find $CROC. $CROC finds you.

No public sale. No DEX listing. No airdrop to farm. The only way in is through someone who's already here — they'll vouch for you, and then you'll understand why it works this way.

The best communities aren't built by letting everyone in. They're built by letting the right people in.

Questions, asked and answered

Is this a scam?

If you have to ask, this probably isn't for you. But no — no team allocation, no unlock schedule, no promise of returns. It's a token between friends, and it's deliberately worth nothing.

What's the utility?

Settling golf bets without an argument, and a permanent record of who actually won. Bragging rights are the yield.

Do I need to trust anyone to get paid?

You need to trust your playing partner, same as always — the app doesn't hold your money and never has custody. What it does is make the terms and the result unambiguous, and both signatures a matter of record.

Why Polygon?

Fast, cheap, works. We're not making a statement about L2 technology. We just wanted to move tokens without paying $50 in gas.

Can I buy more?

That's between you and whoever's willing to sell. We don't run a market.

What does CCL stand for?

Country Club of Leawood. And if you need more context than that, you probably weren't there.
